Can I customize my order?

We don't currently offer fully custom designs, but we're happy to mix and match our existing designs and products. For example, if you love a design on one of our small totes but would prefer it on a medium tote, just ask! If the combination is available, we'll be happy to make it for you.

Are all your designs original?

Yes! All Wonwon Studio artwork and designs are original and created by us. We apply our designs to carefully selected products using embroidery, appliqué, and other textile techniques.

How are your products made?

Every Wonwon Studio piece starts with our original artwork. We carefully select the bags and other products we work with, then apply our designs through embroidery, appliqué, and other textile techniques. Each piece is produced in small batches.

Why might my item look slightly different from the photos?

Because many of our designs use appliqué and fabric, no two pieces will look exactly the same. Small variations in fabric patterns, placement, and stitching mean each piece will have its own slightly different look.

How long will my order take to ship?

Items listed on our website are ready to ship and usually leave our studio within 2–3 business days. Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method and destination. Usually arrived in 2 weeks. For customized combinations using our existing designs and products, it takes about one week for us to make your piece before shipping. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges on unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Customized combinations are final sale. 

How should I care for my item?

For our appliqué designs, gentle spot cleaning with a soft brush, mild soap, and water usually works best. Avoid scrubbing or rubbing the design too hard. If your item is machine washable, we recommend placing it in a laundry bag and washing it in cold water on a gentle cycle. Air drying is recommended to help keep your piece looking its best.
